Merely an interested grand-dad/supporter at the outset, Bill quickly proved how willing he was to help in any way and has struck up a wonderful partnership with Ray Holliday in the quartermaster role. Apart from being Ray's right hand man he has developed a highly efficient library of the band's music and programme material which is a boon when compiling displays.
